What do you really need in order to make the change that you desire?

I feel we always know what we truly want to change especially when it comes to our health and weight issues. Our intentions are at the right place. We do want to get out of the discomfort or the uneasiness of our failing health and energy levels, and want a solution desperately.

But sometimes just wanting the change is not enough. In fact, we call this DARN, which means even if someone has the Desire – Ability – Reason or Need to change that might still not to be enough.

All these are in the mind. What is actually required are tangible ways in which we can approach the change and make it happen. This is what we call CATs which stands for Commitment, Activation, Taking steps. Which means to realize those changes in the real time we need a strong commitment, need to activate the process mentally or physically or both, and then start taking steps—-small, consistent steps that can help you achieve these goals. 
So today ask yourself what do you really desire for your health and well-being and at the same time assess your commitment and what steps are you taking towards achieving it and see if they truly align.
